During his legal career, Mr. Jackson has represented individuals, closely held companies, Fortune 100 companies and government entities in litigation across Florida as well as nationally and internationally. He has tried cases before state and federal courts (jury and non-jury), administrative and regulatory agencies, and arbitration panels. He has also settled numerous cases—participating in hundreds of mediations.
Mr. Jackson also lectures and publishes on legal issues, including noncompetes, trade secrets, and disputes among owners in closely held companies—sometimes referred to business divorces.
